When will I get my order?

All orders for items in stock are shipped within 3-5 business days. For items that are not in stock, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. LL, LLC cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages, domestic or international. Additionally, we cannot cover customs taxes or duties for international orders. We are a small operation, so we ask for your patience. Thank you for understanding.

 

How do I make a return?

All items may be returned for exchange or store credit, only if in perfect condition (customer pays return shipping) and original packaging, within 7 days upon receiving. If there is a defect or damage to your order (not incurred during shipping), please contact us directly at online@ll-llc.com. Promotions, sale and sample sale items are excluded. Please note that all pieces are handmade and may vary slightly from the photos on this website.

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

Many styles from our collection are alloys— primarily gold/copper (i.e. Tumbaga)— and will naturally oxidize with prolonged exposure to moisture or air. To clean, simply rub (with some elbow grease) with an anti-tarnish cloth, or if severely oxidized, a lemon and salt scrub will do the trick. If your piece has a stone, minimize contact with abrasive substances. The pieces will also create a beautiful patina if left unpolished.
