When will I get my order?

All orders for items in stock are shipped within 3-5 business days. All pieces are made to order (unless otherwise noted), so please allow up to 2-3 weeks for shipment. We will always be in touch if there are any delays with fulfilling your order. LL, LLC cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages, domestic or international.

Domestic orders are sent via USPS with insurance and tracking. International orders are sent via DHL with insurance, tracking, and duties paid. You may explore other shipping options in checkout that are to your preference. If you have any questions please chat with us or email web@ll-llc.com.

How do I make a return?

As all our pieces are made to order, orders may be returned for exchange or store credit, only if in unworn condition and original packaging, within 14 days upon receiving. Please email web@ll-llc.com with your order number to initiate the process. LL, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet this criteria or is sent without authorization. Promotions, 14K gold pieces, final sale, collaborations, and archive sale pieces are excluded from all returns or exchanges. 

If there is a defect or damage to your order (not incurred during shipping), please contact us directly at web@ll-llc.com. Please note that all pieces are handmade and may vary slightly from the photos on this website.

How do I care for my jewelry?

For sterling silver pieces, you can clean with an anti-tarnish cloth, any standard silver jewelry cleaner, or a gentle salt and lemon scrub. For gold vermeil (which is 14K gold plated sterling silver), avoid moisture, and allow perfume and lotions to dry before wearing. Clean only with a soft cloth or an anti-tarnish cloth. For 14K gold pieces, clean with a soft or anti-tarnish cloth if necessary.

How can I re-polish or repair my jewelry?

We want you to wear your jewelry forever, so we are happy to help you get it back to that beautiful, fresh-out-of-the-box look. Re-polishing, re-plating, and repair services are all subject to consultation. Please email web@ll-llc.com or use our contact form and we'd be happy to help you. The fees for these services are based on the condition of each piece.
